It’s a brand new day at the K-9 Shelter and Oscar, the delightful dachshund, is hoping to be adopted and find a new home. All the other dogs are putting their best paws forward and finding homes, while poor Oscar is left with his best friend Yo-Yo. When a little girl comes to adopt Yo-Yo, Oscar is so sad he doesn’t even open his eyes. But just as the shelter is about to close, Joey arrives and finds his new best friend.
